The team at Kato were quick and efficient when assisting with my dog. I genuinely felt like the staff cared vs other pet hospitals I have been to where it felt like they were pushing sales.

Very compassionate staff. I had to bring my old guy there to be put down because of his age and condition. The staff gave me lots of alone time with him before hand and I was able to stay with him the entire time. Everyone was great and helped make an awful situation a bit better.
