I just stopped by Kensington Animal Hospital to pick up my dogs food. I have to say I am extremely impressed with this clinic staff. There was a disgruntled "Karen" client who was giving a tongue lashing to… the amazing staff due to a common (and understandable) human error with her dogs food order. The receptionist was very professional and apologized to this rude lady, even gave this client a discount on the most expensive food to repair some good faith. This woman continued to cause a scene, yelling at the staff that they sold her bag from under her on purpose. Which is blatantly BS,

The whole team here is always amazing to my little guys. I live on Vancouver, but drive to Burnaby since the service here we get is consistently awesome. They love our pups and we appreciate it
