Low score because the receptionist when i first walked in all happy go lucky with the staff but her face dropped and can feel her hate to first nations. second visit she asked us to wait out side. then i try scheduling appointments you guys don't reply or answer calls or email.

The office/clinic is tidy and covid 19 policy in place is strictly implemented. Front office very helpful and polite and my hygienist is the best-Lauralee. I got free toothbrush, a sample size Crest toothpaste and a lip balm.
