Richmond Muscle & Tendon clinic was founded in 1995 by Nikolay Yelizarov, a Russian doctor who had recently immigrated to Canada with his family. Shortly after arriving to Canada, Nikolay opened his clinic where he worked diligently until his sudden passing in 2019. Nikolay specialized in Electric-Intermuscular Stimulation (EIMS), a unique acupuncture treatment that he perfected while working at his clinic.
