Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists treat musculoskeletal conditions using manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities like ultrasound and TENS. We address sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery for patients aged 5-95. Treatment plans incorporate patient education and home exercise programs to accelerate recovery and prevent re-injury.
Massage Therapy
Registered therapists provide deep tissue and relaxation massage to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and aid recovery. Cupping therapy is available to address fascial restrictions and enhance range of motion through targeted suction techniques.
Vestibular Therapy
Specialized rehabilitation for inner ear disorders causing dizziness and balance issues. Our therapists use manual techniques and customized exercises to retrain the vestibular system, effectively treating BPPV and other balance disorders through evidence-based protocols.
Work Reconditioning
Structured programs help workers return to physically demanding jobs through functional capacity evaluations and job-specific conditioning. Sessions include ergonomic training, injury prevention education, and progressive strengthening tailored to workplace requirements.
Orthotics
Custom foot orthotics are prescribed following biomechanical assessments to correct gait abnormalities. We use plaster casting and collaborate with Paris Orthotics to create devices that alleviate foot pain, improve alignment, and enhance lower extremity function.

I've gone to physio many times in my life. But felt like most physiotherapists were quacks. Not here. Anisha is amazing at what she does and has made the pain in my hip almost vanish.

I actually enjoyed the first couple of sessions here and would have given 5 stars. The physical therapist was excellent and helped with the injury . However I noticed from the 3 trip onwards I seemed to be on the conveyor belt, in the door and out pretty quick. They had my insurance details so I was just another piece of meat to make them money. The front counter staff were in a mood half the time and very unappealing to approach. I stopped going and after a couple of weeks they started texting my personal phone (obviously profits were down that week) confirming my thoughts.
