I've been here for everything, facials, Botox, filler, laser hair removal and every time I have the best experience. Nurse Ashley is the the best nurse ever. She was truly made to be a nurse! She's patient, gentle and listens to my areas of concern. Other med spas always make me feel like I HAVE to get more of this or more of that, even if it's something I haven't expressed concern over. If Nurse Ashley feels like I don't need it she is honest about that. The inside of the medi spa is more of a homey vibe. It doesn't feel like that cold sterile office that you are

It was a great pleasure to visit Le Jolie medical Spa. I found that place very clean and relaxing with a good vibe. I have done morphies 8 and got a lot of compliments about my skin. I also did body sculpt.I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to look excellent and feel good.

This place is horrible! I tried cancelling because I tested positive for Covid and they still charged 730$ for not making my appointment. I guess they want covid positive patients in their business. Avoid this place at all costs.

This was my first time at the West Hollywood location. Nurse Ashley did my Botox a few weeks ago and she was the sweetest, informative, and honest about what I needed. I normally see dr R at the other location in studio city ( who does a phenomenal job as well) I will be back soon to try the Forma :)

Procedure was fine but customer service was sub par.
Came here for a lip flip in February 2020. Scheduling was easy. The gal at the front desk was pleasant. The interior is very chic and "grammable". My opinion of the place started to go down hill when I got into the room. The doctor came in hurriedly, didn't introduce herself. Barely explained what was going to happen, didn't explain aftercare or give me the opportunity to ask questions. I had previously worked for a cosmetic dermatologist so I had some idea of the do's and dont's, but as a brand new patient I
