Regular Clients must cancel an appointment minimum 24hours prior to appointment or day of, if only emergency. New Clients who do not call/email to notify and/or don't show up at all, will be notified that they can no longer book at our salon again, indefinitely. All cancellation details will be noted in customer files and will be constantly checked upon appointment bookings.
Any client whose file has a note stating "No show without notice" will be notified and made aware that they are no allowed to book with ETCH, and appointment will be Cancelled Manually. All New Clients for Hair straightening services must have a consultation done prior to booking, no exceptions.

Which location do you work? I work at both locations, the Beltline on Sundays and the Downtown location on Stephens Ave most of the week. What is your favourite thing to do in hair industry? My favourite things include; hair colouring, texturized/shattered Lob Hairstyles, and big colour transformations.

Since immigrating to Canada from Japan in 2006, Kiyoshi's styling career and clients have exploded. His passion for hair and for creativity is well-demonstrated in his cutting and colouring techniques, which never cease to provide his clients with a new sense of style and confidence. Tomomi is a talented stylist who gained her training and most of her experience working in Japan.
