My family and I started coming to this clinic a few years ago. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The clinic is clean and usually appointments run on time. Dr Pennington is friendly and knowledgeable .My regular hygienist, Tamara is very thorough and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is a real people person always makes me feel comfortable with easy going conversations while she cleans my teeth. She is an excellent hygienist. Highly recommend.

Clean, professional, and friendly environment. Dr. Milani did my procedures. She was very good. Ana and Emma assisted with my procedures! They two girls were so knowledgeable and efficient. Also--Sharon gave me a very pleasant experience at the front! I would recommend my experience to anyone.

I've been a patient here for many years and I've never had any concerns. The place was always super clean, the staff friendly, everything was great. The last couple of months though things have really gone downhill and fast. They've made so many changes at the front. Even during a pandemic suddenly they made the waiting room way, way smaller, seats are almost stacked on top of each other, it's like they want people to get sick. It's not safe, why would they make these changes during a PANDEMIC? Everyone else wants more room to distance and they shrink the waiting area? On top of this, they can

Great! Found my new dentist since moving to Burnaby. Extreamly professional place and the staff is incredibly caring. Watched a dental hygienist help with a child who was scared and crying, calmed her right down. You could see the real empathy within the staff.

Amazing service, super friendly staff, and the dentist takes the time to actually explain the x-rays and what they mean. They also always take the time to ask how I'm doing as a person, and not just what concerns I have about my dental health, which I appreciate! I first started going to this clinic because it was within walking distance, but even after moving, it's worth the long commute to come back!

We chose this dental practice somewhat randomly ("nearby") a few decades ago when we moved to Burnaby, and we have been very happy we did. though our much-appreciated Dr McCaffrey retired, Dr Schmidt has been a good replacement. i appreciate that i can stay with the same hygienist for every appointment. their communication is clear and they made it easy to book for the whole family over the years. we have been happy to have been able to refer a few friends to the practice.
