I went with my mother for a manicure and pedicure. I like how this spa uses natural products without harmful chemicals. I find it pricey for what you get compared to some other places around. I was frustrated to find that all my top three choices for nail polish they no longer had, despite having swatches for them. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure was excellent. The lady that did my mom's manicure and pedicure seemed to be new and less knowledgeable. The manicure turned out nice but only lasted about a week, before chipping badly. The pedicure is still going Strong. Overall I recommend

I had an appointment for a mani & pedi yesterday - what a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was serene and tranquil, the service wonderful and my hands and feet have never felt better! I definitely recommend this wonderful oasis and plan to return very soon!

The Owner reached out to me after my experience and it turns out the person who did my pedicure was new. She offered me a complimentary pedicure which I accepted. The lavender pedi was excellent and the experience was what I had hoped for the first time around- generous foot massage, and perfectly painted nails.

My mother and I came in for mother/daughter pedicures. My mom is allergic to most scents, so the natural products used were perfect. The practitioners were very gentle and professional in their treatment, and lovely and polite in demeanour. And as a bonus, it was close to shopping and the movie theatre at Yonge/Eglinton! I highly recommend Alma Natural Spa

Thought I should finally leave a review for this place! Discovered Alma a few years ago and the rest is history.
I'm not the type of person to get my eyebrows done regularly (maybe once every two months), but whenever I need my eyebrows threaded I come to this spot. All the staff are super sweet, efficient & professional, just totally lovely people through and through (with a lot of knowledge about their products!) Plus the service itself is just phenomenal; I can usually just call in and book an appointment the same day. I've even run late a few times and they've still managed

1. SERVICE: Always friendly, always fantastic. The receptionist offers me tea when I walk in and get settled. They have a nice assortment of loose leaf teas, and you can get them iced, or latte-d.
Pareesha is a doll, super friendly and always distracting me during waxes. She's very detail oriented and does a bang-up job. I feel very comfortable in her hands, and I always walk away happy. I've had my nails, eyebrows (threading), and waxes done by her. All were 10/10 experiences.
