Forest Spa Days

Our Forest Spa Days provide full access to 25+ nature-inspired wellness experiences across woodland locations. Guests enjoy hydrotherapy pools, steam rooms, and expert-led wellbeing sessions designed to improve circulation and reduce stress. Packages include dining options at Vital Caf Bar and optional luxury treatments using premium skincare products.

Forest Spa Breaks

Luxury overnight packages include two days of spa access, accommodation in forest-view apartments or suites, and dining credits. Guests receive welcome refreshments, breakfast, and a 70 spending voucher for treatments or meals. Direct spa access available at select premium locations with private hydrobaths and log burners.

Massage Treatments

Professional massage therapies target muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. Techniques include Swedish, aromatherapy, and hot stone treatments using organic oils. Sessions can be customized for specific needs and combined with other spa experiences for enhanced wellbeing benefits.

Facial Treatments

Advanced facial treatments use ELEMIS and VOYA products to cleanse, hydrate, and revitalize skin. Options include anti-aging therapies, deep exfoliation, and oxygen-infused treatments. Each session addresses specific skin concerns while incorporating relaxing massage techniques for overall facial and neck tension relief.

Wellbeing Sessions

We operate five UK woodland locations: Whinfell (Cumbria), Elveden (Suffolk), Woburn (Bedfordshire), Longleat (Wiltshire), and Sherwood (Nottinghamshire) Forests.

What's included in a Forest Spa Day package?

All packages include robe/towel hire, access to 25+ spa experiences, and wellbeing sessions. Select packages add meals in Vital Caf Bar and specific treatments.

Can I book spa treatments in advance?

Yes, we recommend pre-booking treatments to guarantee availability, though walk-in appointments may be possible based on therapist schedules.

Are overnight accommodations available at all locations?

Forest Spa Apartments are available at three locations. Luxury suites with direct spa access operate at Elveden and Woburn Forest locations only.

What wellness facilities are available?

Each location features 14-25 experiences including hydrotherapy pools, steam rooms, saunas, forest saunas, and specialized treatment rooms with nature-inspired designs.

The best overnight stay I've ever had!! The staff are all so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The therapists are so skilled and make you feel really comfortable. The spa itself is so clean, there is loads available. The outdoor pool and foot baths could have been warmer but that didn't detract from the overall experience. So many places to relax, the robes are a nice touch and everything was well presented. Staff around the spa are friendly and ask if you need any help all the time. Went here as I had a gift card. Was waiting for restrictions to lift so all can be used. I was disappointed as not everything was open, hot tub was out of use, aroma therapy was out of use, water beds out of use and they were the main ones I wanted. Was really disappointed with my massage, it was more like a tickle.

Had a gift vouchers as a Xmas present a couple of years ago. But can not use it through lock down. Just have got a chance to use it today.
Was absolutely relaxing, enjoyed our Spa day experience here. Would recommend to the others.

This has been my third visit. Its a great spa, lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. I was chilled and relaxed at the end of my break. I throughly recommend it, especially staying in one of the suites.

If you need sometime to yourself just book it. Amazing variety of steam rooms, plunge pools, massage pools and then just fall as sleep to the sound of birds on the terrace nestled on a water bed with a fleece blanket . All other spas will just disappoint afterwards.

My mum and I had the most wonderful time . We stayed in one of the spa suites and it was beautiful! The spa facilities were fantastic . Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. All the food was fabulous. Everything was perfect and we can not wait to return .
