Red flags from the start. Made an app and the receptionist called and didnt leave a message. Called back and she was confused. Came in and DR. SHER didnt greet us. Slammed doors which scared my cat. I could barely understand him because of his accent. I wanted to take off certain things from my bill and he gave me attitude. They should break down prices while discussing what theyre offering. Instead I felt like they were trying to scam me into paying a bunch of things. NO COMPASSION, not professional, no decency. It does not make me feel comfortable.

Rosebank has been in the area for many years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If an appointment is needed quickly, they make sure to find a way to get you in.

Dr.Sher is one of the best vets I have come across. Listens patiently to all the issues we had about our dogs who flew from India. Takes time to answer my questions in way that I understand and in the end asks if I have any more questions. Goes an extra mile to make sure the pet is at comfort. He advices tests only if needed and doesnt want us to spend money unnecessarily. Referred 4 of my friends and all of them are happy that they found Dr.Sher

After going to other vets we found Dr. Sher, he is an amazing vet, cares about your animal and is very reasonably priced
