Just a super negative place, it feels toxic from the moment you walk in. Also it was impossible to get a straight answer out of them about anything, and I really tried. I'd be surprised if they didn't have any lawsuits against them currently, super sketchy place. Trust me, just go somewhere else, it'll be a way more positive and uplifting experience. It's so negative at this office, nobody needs those vibes

Zero customer recovery tools over a charge that was so vague the lazy, impertinent front desk staff didnt even understand why and didnt bother to investigate. White haired lady said something so vulgar that google review wont post it. I would say she has a trucker mouth but that would be disparaging to truckers
