Doctor was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The only thing I have wish they could was if we could go inside and company my dog but because of covid we couldn't

Took my cat to this vet and was took the he needed to be hospitalized or put down. I didn't have the money to put him in the hospital and putting him down wasn't an option so I took my baby home. The doctor told me that I had to make a decision or she was going to call social services for me. I didn't care because I was goin to do all I could for him. I nursed my baby back to health myself, two days later social services was at my door threatening me. After evaluating my cat they saw me was fine and closed the case. Never goin back here again. They made me pay 250.00 for a visit.

Very friendly. You need to call them when you get there, you have to wait outside when your pets are inside for safety purposes. Overall experience is good.

I was referred here by a shelter after I adopted a cat. The vet I initially saw elsewhere said my cat had really bad stomatitis and would need all his teeth taken out, plus eardrops for an ear infection. But the quote they gave me was quite high. So I called the shelter about it to see if they knew and would cover it, and they said they would through one of their vets. I went to York Mills for a second opinion, and the general vibe was pretty good. Vet was really nice, place was clean, etc. and basically re-confirmed to the shelter the initial diagnosis. Had his teeth scheduled to be taken out
