We are located on a beautiful 2.5 acres of treed land in North Waterloo. We are a full service Veterinary Hospital able to service all of your pets' needs from preventative medicine to medical, surgical and dental care. Our Team will strive to provide high quality compassionate care. Our combined knowledge, patience and understanding allow us to help you provide the best care for your pet.

Dr. Carey is the founder of Laurelwood Veterinary Hospital and established the company in 2004. She lives outside of Waterloo with her 2 sons, her Shorkie Obie and her cat Sarah. She received her Bachelor of science from the University of Guepkch and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1999.
Grooming Staff

Angela has been a groomer with Laurelwood since 2006. She is experienced with many breeds of dogs and her skills range from simple bath and brush outs to full scissor trims. Angela shares her home with her fianc, her huskies Bowzer and Rogue and her Cane Corso, Diesel. She also has 3 cats, Yoda, Boo, and Monster.
