How can I book an appointment?
Book directly through our website or call us at 604.734.5262. New clients can secure appointments with a credit card for services over 1 hour.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, we provide a 10% discount for university students with valid ID. Available for all our hair services and Aveda product purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash. All major credit cards are welcome for both services and retail product purchases.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

First time colouring my hair. Went searching for nearby places, found this one. The store looks nice and has good vibes. Everyone there is very nice and professional. Major thanks to Takumi for doing my hair, fantastic work all around. Glad I chose this place.

I've been coming here for years now -- Yuria is the best hair stylist in the world. She can cut and style your hair into anything you want, based on even just one or two pictures. I highly recommend this salon!! You're missing out on a great style and hair experience if you don't go here!

Yuria is a goddess!! I recently moved to Vancouver and have been struggling to find a hair salon. Salon Kanako is fantastic. It was easy and quick to make an appointment, everyone is friendly, and very Covid safe. I'm really low maintenance and lazy when it comes to my hair... I don't even own a hair dryer! Yuria helped me find a cut and style that matches my lifestyle. She was incredibly detail-oriented and kind. Highly recommend!

I'm visiting from the New York area and I needed a color and cut. I searched on Yelp and found Salon Kanako. Kanako did such a great job with both the cut and color. I will definitely come back again when I am in town.
