Testimonials
Report
Thank you for your acupuncture services, which has completely resolved two bouts of what has appeared to be a case of ulcerative colitis. You've convinced me, one of the most skeptical people of the benefits of acupuncture. As a health care professional myself, searching for alternative methods to prevent the clenching of my jaw is very important.
Acupuncture
Report
Whether you're suffering from a medical problem like PMS, TMJ, MS or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, want to conquer an addiction, stress or anxiety - or simply lose that excess weight, we can help! More than merely a system of pain management, we use acupuncture to treat a wide variety of conditions and syndromes.
Physiotherapy
Report
Our Calgary downtown core physiotherapy and acupuncture clinic, believes that just treating the body is not enough. We recognize that whatever your injury or condition, it is likely affecting your quality of life on many levels. Our goal is to help you recover so you can regain your quality of life, and we will tailor your rehabilitation treatment program to facilitate that goal.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Report
Vestibular rehabilitation focuses on people who have treatable dizziness and balance problems. Each person is affected differently by dizziness and balance problems but people with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) can be treated very effectively by someone such as Gord Dewar. The aim of the treatment is to reposition particles or otoliths trapped in the semicircular canals in the inner ear causing the dizziness.
Orthotics
Report
Orthotics can help you. There is a growing awareness and understanding of how our feet affect our whole skeletal frame. The structure of our feet supports our entire weight. How we walk and how our bones are proportioned can affect our knees, spine, and all other parts of our body. Faulty foot mechanics can result in localized foot pain, bunions, hammer toes, arch or heel pain, leg or knee pain, hip and back pain, and even neck pain.
