I highly recommend using Tyler and the Homesmith's team in either your next house purchase or sale. I used Tyler just over 9 years ago when I purchased my home and he was fantastic to deal with then and the reason for me using him when I wanted to sell my home. His professionalism, knowledge of the market and advice to prepare my house made the sale so easy to manage that I was never worried about anything. The stagers, just WOW!!!!! They turned my home, that was a little rougher around the edges, into a show worthy home and I can guarantee improved the sale price considerably. Closing the house

We took their advice on the upgrades that would make a huge difference in our home. After their incredible stager got her hands on our newly renovated home our house went for 300K over asking.
