Dr. Ferreira has been in practice locally since 1996. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then attended and graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois with a Doctorate in Chiropractic as well as earning a second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology.
Dr. Ferreira incorporates a variety of treatment methods including manual adjusting, Thompson Technique, Activator, Impulse Adjustor, acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, ultrasound therapy and electric current therapy. His patients range in age from infants to the elderly. Shockwave is a highly effective and non-invasive therapy using state-of-the-art technology.
