Our curated spa packages combine signature treatments for complete rejuvenation. From 1.5-hour escapes to full-day immersions, each package includes multiple therapies designed to address specific wellness goals. Hydra Facials

Hydra Facial treatments use vortex fusion technology to cleanse, extract, and hydrate skin. Advanced options add LED light therapy, oxygen infusions, and microneedling for targeted solutions. Treatments address acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, and skin texture concerns. Prices range from $165 to $405 depending on customization and additional therapies included.

Registered Massage Therapy

Our RMT-certified therapists offer various massage modalities including hot stone, prenatal, and aromatherapy treatments. Sessions range from 25-minute focused treatments to 90-minute full-body experiences. Prices start at $85 for targeted sessions and go up to $175 for specialty treatments like Himalayan Rose Massage and Cupping Therapy.

Laser Hair Removal

Venus Velocity laser technology provides permanent hair reduction for all skin types. Treatments available for facial and body areas including bikini lines, legs, and back. Consultations required for personalized treatment plans. Packages offer cost-effective solutions for long-term hair removal with minimal discomfort.

Body Treatments

Aromatherapy wraps, body polishes, and infrared sauna sessions promote detoxification and skin renewal. Signature treatments include Aroma Detox Wrap with sea mud masks and Infrared Sauna sessions that enhance circulation. What are your operating hours?

We're open Monday 10am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm. Appointments available during all operating hours.

My fianc and I decided to treat ourselves for Christmas instead of getting each other gifts. We were super excited for this treat! We booked the Couples Package, which came with a 45 min jacuzzi bath and 1hr massage. Also had complimentary champagne and chocolates! It was a lovely, intimate moment and we felt very relaxed. They made sure to have a very clean and safe process - providing face masks, robes, slippers, and even sanitizing our shoes! The staff are all lovely and welcoming. I purchased a spa package my wife and I and we were both very happy with the service. The people here really showed that they are knowledgeable and are enjoy what they do. I would recommend Body and Soul spa for anyone looking for an retreat away from the everyday. Only gripe is that local parking is only up to 3 hours so you may have to run out to the meter if you're there longer than that.

I went to Body & Soul for the first time in September to treat my best friend for a massage and hydrafacial. We both had such an incredible experience! Laura was so kind, helpful, and accommodating booking the appointments for me. We had our massage with Vivian and her hands are magic! It was my first hydrafacial and I had a luxurious experience with Nour. Enjoyed my first time so much that I came back for a couples massage with my partner, which we loved. I've been recommending this spa to my friends and I can't wait for my next appointment!

Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I can honestly say that Body & Soul is by far the best spa in the GTA. I get a lot of services done, mostly facials, waxing, mani/pedis etc. and always leave feeling amazing. The service is impeccable, the products are top notch, and the employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I recently visited for the first time since COVID restrictions have been lifted and they went above and beyond for the safety of their clients and employees. I would definitely recommend them!
