Since 1995, Cascadia Counselling Clinic has offered a full range of counselling, program development and training, and consulting services in Victoria, BC. We specialize in dealing with complex and challenging situations in families and workplaces.

In 1995, the Cascadia Counselling Clinic began by promoting and facilitating anger management groups for both men and women. At the same time, we offered Counselling Services to individuals, couples and families particularly in the area of managing escalating situations.
As our knowledge and experience grew, we were offered the opportunity to develop two programs for the Province of British Columbia's correctional system: the Violence Prevention Program (VPP) and the Substance Abuse Management Program (SAM).This led to the creation of our second division, Program Development and Training.

Eliot is the founder and director of the Cascadia Counselling Clinic Ltd established in Victoria BC in 1995. Specialties include stress and anger management, marriage and family counselling, mental health issues, assistance with life transitions, grief and loss, and parenting challenges.
He has worked with Federal and Provincial Ministries, Municipalities, non-profit societies, and public and private schools in the areas of leadership development, effective teams, managing difficult employer and employee situations, as well as addiction, mental health and stress related issues.

Cascadia is a full service counselling clinic comprised of nine Master's level Therapists, a consulting Psychologist, and an Administrator. Our experienced clinicians offer excellent care to each individual, group participant, or family, by creating a safe and supportive environment and by providing education, tools and skills to help resolve the issue that brought them to counselling.
