Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba Dr. Jeff Kozak attended the University of Manitoba receiving his Bachelor of Science in 2003 with a major in Zoology and a minor in Microbiology. In 2007 he graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and proceeded to work at a progressive dental practice in south Winnipeg for 6 years.

During your first visit, a complete and comprehensive oral exam will be performed. We will also take any x-rays and photos necessary to determine your oral health.
Financial Policy

Payment for dental services is required at the time service is provided. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash. If you have any dental insurance, please provide our office with that information. We accept assignment of benefits and do require any residual balances be paid in a timely manner. We can provide you and/or your insurance company with any estimates for recommended or provided dental treatment.
