Staff are friendly and understanding. Prescriptions are refilled fast. Prices seem high but I guess that's vet prices?

Dr. Als was phenomenal with our older fluffy boy Guinness. Always polite and knowledgeable, excellent covid business practices, and so much care for his passing today. And Guinness always raved about the spray on peanut butter, of course.

Been bringing family pets here since I can remember. Now bringing my newest pup to Dr.Guzman. He has been so great. He's honest and knowledgeable and I trust him. All staff there are awesome. Always have a great experience regardless of reasons for visits.

Dr. Streib is a really good vet. Unfortunately he doesnt work a regular schedule, so his time slots get filled up super fast. I do prefer to have continuity, but the doctors are good at taking notes so that if you need to come in next time and see someone else, notes are available. I gave them a 4 because I feel that as big as they are, they should be able to offer some extended after hours!

This is an amazing place, I have three dogs, and they are very well treated. My one dog Maggie, actually looks forward to going to the vet. They treat their animals like they were their own. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and caring. Over the years we have had different doctors, depending on availability, nonetheless each and every one of them were caring and professional. I have recommended this hospital to several of my family members and friends, they all have good things to say about this clinic. The team of CSR's are amazing as well, kudos to all the staff and dedicated team

A huge shout out to Dr Streib, Dr Als, and the Orleans vet team. Through one of the most difficult situations of my life, losing my dog, you were endlessly there for us over and over again. Although things did not work out for us, because of your time, expertise, and endless care we had no stone left unturned when we made our final decisions. I… will be forever grateful for our big guy being under your care and observation while we all fought to save him. And thank you Alanna for all your time and help online and after hours. I will never have the words for how appreciative I am for all
