Read in reviews that there was no hot water. I just had a steaming hot bath?? The staff have been amazing!! The room is clean albeit tiny. Big enough for the 2 of us. Love the location. As a coffee addict I was happy to see a keurig

Decent Hotel. Parking was a bit of a nightmare, with no details on where you can park. Also, if you have an suv or truck forget about the underground parking they provide. Minimal clearance for even mid size cars.

The hotel is quite old and warn out. We stayed on the top floor and early morning there is a big noise of some kind of motor. Washrooms are renovated though and rooms are clean.

The Arc Hotel is in a great location. It is only about 5 or 6 blocks from Parliament and a great place to base while in Ottawa. The room was large and lovely. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the parking. The lot the hotel has was way too small for our truck. Otherwise, we would totally stay again.

Even though I have only given this hotel 3 stars I like it and Id come back. Its just that our room, #605 was surprisingly noisy. Maybe the walls are paper thin, but the conversations happening were easy follow and sounded like they were in the room with us. I also think some main plumbing was situated next to 605 as we heard numerous and very loud showers. All the way till about 2 am. Otherwise, good location, good price, decent room, nice bed and sheets all good. If I came again I would avoid this room and bring earplugs.
