Sabina was an amazing host. We arrived late at night and there was a small issue (our fault) when we arrived but Sabina was so nice and accommodating and helped us resolve our issue. The place is very clean and probably one of the cleanest in the byward market area. It is also very safe and secure. We are sincerely thankful for her help and recommend this place for their amazing 5 star service. Thank you Sabina !

We are truly very happy with this hotel, it's so clean and so pretty. Right in the heart of downtown, 10 min walk to the parliament. The owner is such a pleasant lady and makes us feel so warm. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel and room was cozy and the jacuzzi excellent! Service was great and location neat. However given the hotel is basically in the middle of downtown it is was loud at night in our room as we were ground level. The hotel is a little old so we could hear the guests upstairs walking. I am being picky. We enjoyed our stay. 4. Stars.

Excellent boutique Hotel with very comfortable accommodations. Walking distance to the Byward Market and slew of restaurants and patios. Very much self service do not bring alot of luggage as stairs are narrow. No breakfast service and Note close to local hostels and homeless communities.
