Good price. Great location. Helpful and quick service. Nice room. My room didn't have a view but I didn't pay a premium - so definitely can't complain. Very happy with my stay and will likely use again next time I come to Ottawa.

Not fancy or special, but pretty nice, and good location. Room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast (which we paid extra for, as it wasn't included in our room rate) was pretty top-notch, with a variety of options -- not just yogurt, fruit, baked goods, but also eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, etc.
Valet parking could be improved, but since we were there on a weekend we could park for free in the garage one block away...

Absolutely nothing special about this hotel. You will hear noise all night. The windows are not sealed properly. Beds are not the best either. Needs a major renovation or just tear the thing down. Do NOT eat at the restaurant. This place may look fancy but it is a 3 star hotel. Your better off staying at a 3 star motel.
