We give 5 stars to Dr. J. Suzuki the orthodontist on staff but for the rest of the clinic I need to give a lot less. Since expansion, personal attention to service has dropped dramatically. We were shuffled from dentist to dentist to dentist. Our regular cleanings were cancelled twice, without an offer to rebook. We simply became a number instead of valued patients. My kids and I went without regular hygiene appointments for 1.5 yrs due to cancelling our cleanings. Growing pains? Not sure. Nonetheless we chose to move to another dental practice.

Super unprofessional and unethical. I had two fillings with them, and I was so frustrated with back and fort visiting them. Now they want me to do a root canal on one; how convenient for them. Please be advised, do your own homework. Do not be fooled by their nice lusters and decorations.

Just moved to Kelowna from the Lower Mainland and this was the best Dental experience that I have had for more than 20 years! Professional, efficient and caring, no pressure to have crowns replaced and great hygiene advice! Book them!
