We have been offering training classes at Hillview Veterinary Clinic for more than a decade. This class is open to any puppies between the ages of 6 weeks and 15 weeks that have been seen by a veterinarian and have had their first DHPPC vaccination. The class is 6 sessions with the first class being an orientation for human family members only. Class offers advanced training concepts, including clicker training and shaping new behavior.

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.

In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor. We will notify you via email or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up.

Born and raised in Franklin, Dr. Clarke attended Purdue for undergrad and Vet School and received her DVM in '96. She and her husband, large animal vet John Clarke, have three children - Erin, Dylan and Liam. They opened Hillview large animal clinic in 2000 and the small animal clinic in 2003. They have two dogs, two cats, three horses, four tortoises, angus cattle, a gecko and an oscar.

My name is Erin Lee Arvin, and I am the practice manager at Hillview Veterinary Clinic. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies with a minor in English from Hanover College and an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Harrison College in Indianapolis. I became a Registered Veterinary Technician after passing the VTNE in 2012.
