Our members are real people just like YOU! And now we also have an amazing collection of Online Fitness Classes!.

At NO MORE EXCUSES Fitness, we keep clients moving forward by offering mental wellness and physiotherapy support through our amazing partnerships. We hold workshops several times a year to provide our members with the information they need for their fitness journey. We even have an Adventure and Walk/Run Clubs to encourage members to step out of their comfort zone and try fantastic new experiences!.

Fall Studio Schedule

Our classes are made up of people with all abilities and fitness levels coming together to work hard, laugh, and get stronger. Studio members thrive in our positive atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement. There are no mirrors on our studio walls and to keep our members as safe as possible, we are a fully vaccinated studio.
Online Fitness Classes

Enjoy over 225 pre-recorded workout classes with so much variety! With more added weekly, with equipment rental also available. We are also offering fantastic LIVE classes, weekly to keep you accountable and connected. Walking/Running Club and Backyard classes will be offered soon throughout May and the summer months.
Team Training

At NO MORE EXCUSES Fitness, we have the best instructors, equipment and end results. The teams we train win championships, because they become stronger, faster and more confident.

Teams we have had the pleasure of training: Storm Soccer Club including all 8 teams, Mill Woods Selects U14 Girls Soccer Team, SEERA Icemen Bantam and PeeWee, Ringette Elite U16, Ringette Elite U14, Mill Woods Bantam Bruins SE, Southside Athletic REM 15 "AA", Sherwood Park Phoenix Elite.
Studio FAQ

Sessions are about 12-weeks long and seasonal. For example, the 2020 Fall sessions is 12 weeks but we would love for you to join us any time during the session if there is any space available in the class. At NO MORE EXCUSES Fitness, we do not have a membership fee or extended contracts. Unlike other fitness facilities you are welcome to make up that class on another day within the current session.

Registration is now open for September. With higher than normal demand, space it limited so we can provide extraordinary support to all our participants.
