This place truly understands what customer experience should be. I went in for a cleaning and was greeted by the friendly and caring staff. Shirley performed a thorough teeth cleaning and explained everything as she went along. Shirley was truly amazing to work with. The team at West Broadway are So sweet and I dont love the dentist but I dont absolutely dread coming because everyone is so nice. Also so easy that they bill insurance direct! 10/10 would recommend.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Coming in as a new patient, they were great at providing visibility into what you may need both short term and long term. The receptionists are also great at following up and providing visibility into how much something may cost. They also work with some insurance companies and will submit things on your behalf!
