I've been bringing our dogs to Heartland for several years. I've gone to both the Mount Forest & Listowel locations. The staff is always friendly, compassionate and professional. It's been a huge benefit for our busy family that Heartland has hours on Saturdays as we've needed to be seen on an urgent basis more than once during off hours!! Unfortunately we had an emergency this past Saturday afternoon. Thankfully Dr. Kim at the Listowel clinic was able to see us right away. She helped us through Iggy's last moments and made sure he wasn't in any pain as he passed. I highly recommend Heartland

Very good Veterinary Clinic with friendly, helpful staff. My cats receive excellent care. Had to take one star away though because wait times to get appointments are very long; 4 months right now for any routine exams and vaccines. Make sure you book well in advance. Obviously emergencies are still dealt with right away.
