Dr. Mariyam Ahmed is a registered Clinical Psychologist and the director of the clinic. She has been working in a private practice setting providing psychological services to adults and couples in the Greater Toronto area, for a wide range of issues. Dr. Ahmed received her Ph.
D. in Clinical Psychology from York University and completed her clinical residency at St. Joseph's Healthcare, Hamilton in the Anxiety Treatment and Research Centre and Mood Disorders Program.She has also received training at the Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy Clinic at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).

Dr. Kristen Adams received her Ph. D. from York University. She trained with Dr. Leslie Greenberg, one of the developers of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
