I dont even want to give 1 star. Worst experience. The man was just pulling my hair and even hit my head with the dryer. The haircut was nothing at all what I wanted. He was so harsh, didn't untangle my hair and kept pulling.

I had my japanese permanent hair straightening yesterday at phenomenal hair design. They did fantastic job. I love my hair shiny and silky. Highly recommend. I went to a phenomena hair salon again after a year for permanent hair straightening. Again she did an awesome job. Very happy from their service.

This salon is phenomenal so they sure chose the perfect name to describe there work ethic and professional standards not to mention their quality of work and cleanliness. I would also like to comment on the comment below from a lady named Sofia Princesa. I was present when this situation occurred. I was appalled to see the way this young lady was behaving them moment she entered the salon. She was extremely rude when asking for her service the owner continued to speak to her with great empathy and consideration. I watched her as she was telling him what she wanted done and he actually cut a bit

I went in to get my hair fully bleached for the first time and cut off 6 inches. I was concerned that my brown/grey hair would not lighten enough to my satisfaction but the result far exceeded my expectations. Both stylists were very professional, efficient and super friendly. Masters of their craft. Every one loves my new look especially me . Thank you so much.
