Join our community, celebrate the wins and find out all the amazing things your body is capable of! Sign up for in studio commitment courses, either once per week for 6 weeks, or twice per week for 9 weeks.
New Drop-In Sessions

As we ease back into the studio, with everyone's safety and best interests at heart, we know you want more time on the pole, hoop and chair, or just in the studio at all. Whether you want to practice your skills on your own or with instructor guidance, we have options! Join us for conditioning workouts & supervised practice times, or open practice times where you can work independently.
