Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services combine manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to treat musculoskeletal conditions. We address acute injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation through individualized treatment plans. Bike Fitting
Professional bike fitting optimizes your cycling position to enhance comfort, reduce pain, and improve performance. Conducted by BikeFit-certified physiotherapists, this service includes posture analysis and equipment adjustments. It's ideal for commuters, recreational riders, and competitive cyclists seeking injury prevention and efficiency gains.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Specialized pelvic health physiotherapy addresses incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery through targeted exercises and manual therapy. Our practitioners provide discreet, evidence-based treatment to restore pelvic floor function and improve quality of life for individuals experiencing these common but treatable conditions.
Functional Movement Assessment
This assessment identifies movement inefficiencies that may lead to injury by evaluating mobility, stability, and control. We create customized exercise programs based on findings to improve physical performance and prevent musculoskeletal issues in athletes and active individuals.
Dry Needling
Dry needling involves inserting fine needles into muscle tissue to release tension and alleviate nerve-related pain. Our physiotherapists use this technique to treat conditions like headaches, tennis elbow, and back pain, often combining it with exercise for lasting results.

The Fresh Tracks team are helping me incredibly. The combination of physio and massage have me regaining strength and flexibility in a badly damaged shoulder that was once headed for intrusive surgery. And even more than the technical support, it is the manner in which Dustin, Lisa and Thom relate to me and my needs. I love the feel at Fresh Tracks!

I have definitely benefitted from Lissa's knowledge, commitment and expertise. And I truly appreciate her supportive "bed-side" manner. The massage therapy services here are equally as impressive. Thom is dedicated to solving your issues for the long term rather than just offering a "band-aid" solution. I was also impressed with his follow-up. He promptly emailed me the exercises to continue at home. I highly recommend Fresh Tracks, even down to their friendly front desk staff.

Dustin did a mountain bike fit for me and the results were amazing. The neck and shoulder tension as well as SI joint tightness I was experiencing while riding has been reduced by about 80%, even after 4 hour rides.

Im super happy to be following Thom from Fit to Fresh. I work in an industry that is notoriously hard on the upper body and have had so much success in treating and rehabilitating my shoddy back. Absolutely recommend.
