It was my first time at Crest Eyecare for an eye exam and reason for choosing was Facebook and Google Reviews were very positive. Well I was not disappointed! I was treated so well from the time I walked in until I left! Staff are friendly knowledgeable and felt like they really care. Dr O as he is affectionately known by his patients in the reviews is absolutely superb! He will explain everything to you and you dont feel rushed through the process. Had a great experience here from start to finish. They were able to transfer over my Rx from a previous optometrist and took care of my insurance and treaty benefits with ease. The doctor is superb and very detailed, the eye exam one of the best. Then the issues began. Can't say anything positive beyond the exam.
