We direct bill Manitoba Public Insurance, Blue Cross, Great-West Life, and Workers Compensation Board. Availability depends on specific services rendered.
What if insurance claims get declined?
If third-party portals reject claims, you'll pay at appointment and should contact your insurer directly about coverage disputes or reimbursement possibilities.
Are family physicians accepting new patients?
Our family physicians currently maintain full patient loads and cannot accept new registrations while ensuring quality care for existing patients.
What's the physiotherapy cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for physiotherapy cancellations. Emergency situations may qualify for fee waivers at our discretion with prior notification.

Dr. Braun was the most compassionate Dr. I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The executive health assessment allows you to know EXACTLY what your body has going on. I cannot give higher praise. I saw the physiotherapist, Alison, for both pre operative and post operative pelvic floor therapy. I knew she would be helpful, but I had no idea she would be as helpful as she was. Her skills and expertise were above and beyond what I was expecting. The information she shared with me made a noticeable difference to my recovery. If you're on the fence about pelvic floor physio, I hope you decide to go! The clinic is very bright and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and gave clear instructions.
