What telehealth options are available?
We offer same-day video or telephone consultations for urgent medical issues, prescription refills, and follow-up appointments through secure platforms.
Do you accept new patients for contraceptive services?
Yes, we welcome new patients for IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal, birth control counseling, and comprehensive gynecological examinations.
Are menopause consultations covered by insurance?
Initial menopause assessments are private pay services at $600. Follow-up visits are also $600, though related lab work and exams may be covered by MSP.
What maternity services do you provide?
Our maternity care includes prenatal check-ups, delivery services, postnatal follow-up, and infant examinations. We coordinate with hospital specialists for high-risk pregnancies.
How can I access my lab results?
Lab results can be accessed through Lifelabs MyCareCompass portal or BC Health Gateway. Patients should schedule follow-up appointments to discuss abnormal results.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Clinic hours are Saturday-Sunday 10am-4pm. Please call ahead for weekend and statutory holiday appointments to confirm availability.

I had an appointment at 1:10pm and I was by my phone I received no calls from the doctor (I do get blocked calls) so I called the office the receptionist told me that the doctor said it went straight to voicemail. I explained that I received no calls so they told me the doctor would call back. I called the office back at 2:00 letting the receptionist know I received no calls they told me to wait until the doctor was free. I called the office again at 2:40 to see if there were any updates they said no just wait. I received a call at 3 from a receptionist telling me I can rebook on sat which is two

Went for a routine pap smear, staff was cold and not very friendly but that's whatever, that's not what you go there for. Get a notice a few months later that my sample was mixed up with another persons (!!) and so I had to rebook and come back again. When I went into the room another patients file was open on the computer with all of their information up... and I was alone in the room - super unsafe!
Had it redone, and now just received another notice that the sample was invalid. Called Aquarius to see what happened, and front desk had no idea and couldn't recommend a next step

Ive been going there for so many years as I dont have a family doctor but Im not sure what happened to staff one of the ladies I spoke to today was so rude. First of all, I spoke with a receptionist on Sunday she said shes working from home and had no full access to book me with maternity doctor but she said she was able to book me with regular doctor first. I waited for one hour and nobody called me so I called the clinic and whoever answered the call said she doesnt know what happened but I dont have an appointment today and of course no apologies. This is just a simple courtesy

I had called at 10:36am to book an appointment and got in same day and was told doc will call at about 11am for phone Appt. Then comes 11:30am, I call and ask if doc is gonna call for my Appt and then they continue to say my appointment was never booked. THE RECEPTIONIST NEVER ACTUALLY BOOKED ME. LIKE WHAT. WHY SAY IT IF YOU DONT. then they book me at 12. NEVER got an apology for the mistake, NOTHING. But I did get a new Appt for 12pm same day. Would have done 1 star if I wasn't able to get in. This clinic DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY BOOK A PATIENT. DO BETTER PLEASE. maybe train your workers
