Through demonstration and communication, I can definitely tell the level of his experience in terms of safety and what needs to be done. Can I give 10 stars? I had a horrid rental situation with unpaid tenants on house arrest for violent crimes destroying the home and not reporting any damages or issues. Mr. Gibson and I were able to navigate 12 years of hoarding rubbish piles to access each necessary location, WHILE the tenants were squatting there. His professional, graceful, friendly, non confrontational, knowledgeable and understanding demeanor were exactly what the situation needed. He was well prepared for all possibilities. I would call him from many hours away for more services.

It was amazing having Alden do our inspection. It was leagues better than any home inspections we've had over the years. His years and breadth of experience were immediately apparent to us. He took time to walk with us throughout the whole house and pointed things out as he went and discussed hazards and their impact, suggested practical solutions, and generally made us feel very engaged and informed.
