I highly recommend Mike Heeley for home inspections. Not only is he professional and courteous, he really goes the distance you need to ensure your house is properly inspected. And he tries his hardest to inspect everything to a T, due to his great inspection skills and capabilities, he had unveiled a long list of things that I suspect the owner as well as the agent was attempting to cover up.
He was able to detect fungus, mice, termites, and foundation issues etc. amongst other things. I am super grateful for his service and will definitely use him again in the future. Mike was extremely detailed and thorough in his inspection. He walked us through the entire process and explained to us in detail what corrections were required.
