I am new to BC. I was in pain and called Hillside asking for an appointment. They put me in and charged me as an emergency, did exrays and gave me medication. My pain has been awful that wakes me in the middle of the night. I go to the front desk and tell her I need a root canal. The appointment wait is 10 days. When I called they said they would… take emergencies. So why wasn’t I booked again under an emergency? I called a few days later and I asked to be put on a cancellation list. After calling around to other dentists, I realized that this office and Dr Koteko has horrible patient
