Great place to come, plenty of parking and good north and south entrances and exits. Wheelchair accessible, and has stairs so youre not stuck behind a disabled person or slow walking animals. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We had to put our cat of 19 years down and the Big Rock staff were very caring and compassionate. We also brought our dog in for a small procedure and there was a misunderstanding in regards to cost. The situation was resolved quickly and professionally which was much appreciated by us. Thank you. We would certainly recommend Big Rock Animal Clinic.

This clinic is the best! Dr. Lise Tellier is so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond for us when we came in yesterday. Juniper was due for her third set of vaccinations and checkup but Dr. Lise also took time to ask us how Juniper is doing and gave us lots of amazing advice. We could tell that she truly cares about our puppy Juniper and she gave us so much valuable advice and guidance that we are very grateful for. She also is extremely understanding when it comes to the cost of a pet without pet insurance and doesn't try to push anything costly or unnecessary
