Very good experience overall. I had all four wisdom teeth removed with a sedative. Dr.Duffy and his nurse were very reassuring and explained everything post-op in detail. He even told me to record what he said which was useful after.

I chose to come here after moving into the area because I thought it was super convenient. However, the convenience is not worth it. The hygienist I had was great and very friendly but all the other staff seemed to be stuck up, rude or just unhappy to be there. The dentists themselves do good enough work but have terrible chair-side manner and show no personal interest and it's the same with the assistants- it seems to be all strictly business all the time and is not a welcoming or comforting environment- it feels overly clinical. Surprisingly painless tooth extraction and bonegrafting procedure. Dr. Yee explained everything he would do, and was very efficient. I experienced no discomfort at all. The only thing was that I felt I received little instruction on post-surgery care. After I was done, I was given a small post-surgery package and told that I was allowed to go. If I had not asked questions to find out how to care for my teeth post-surgery, I would have done all the wrong things :/

All employees are very patient and polite. Especially Paul who helped with my teeth cleaning is very nice. I will revisit this dental centre next time!
