The Garage Gym is a family. We are here to push our members to achieve results beyond what they ever thought possible. We do what works. We have been there, we have done it, we've already tried it for you. We take the best of our experiences and pass it along to the community that we train. We were trained and taught at one of the most hardcore gyms in the world - Gym Jones, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
General Membership

Strength and conditioning for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Whatever your purpose is- our small group classes allow you to train with like-minded individuals, receive coaching, instruction and encouragement from the GG Trainers and become more fit for your life. We focus on General Physical Preparedness (strength, power endurance, endurance and recovery).
S.P.E.A.R. Beginner’s Program

SPEAR was created to take the guesswork out of training and to seamlessly help you become a full time member of The Garage Gym Army, The Greatest Fitness Community in the World. You cannot know where you are going until you first understand where you are. Our coaches will teach you the fundamental skills and mindset to set you up for success and identify your abilities and challenges.
Junior Programs

Conditioning for athletes of all sports, general fitness, and an introduction to physical literacy. Whatever your reason is- our programming is designed to improve strength, speed, power, and cardio endurance in a tough yet supportive environment. We pride ourselves in the ability to provide a welcoming environment for our youths while also pushing their limits to show them how strong they really are.
Teen Programs

The Garage Gym Teen Soldier Program is designed to first learn the fundamentals of lifting weights, and then gear those basics towards the individual's goals. Whether your goal is to make the varsity team, post-secondary athletics, increase your sport, or simply to improve your overall health then this program is for you.
