Dont waste you time! I ordered a cake and asked for blue flowers and the cake arrived with white flowers. I told them to put my sons name Benjamin on it and said Benjamim. How embarrassing! $350 I wasted on incompetent people who were so rude they give so much attitude. Maybe invest your attitude into learning how to spell names. When I complained, the pastry chef said well, I thought white would match your theme. He complained that those white flowers are so expensive, I said that is irrelevant I never asked for them. He said I dont care what you think is irrelevant because that cost me

I absolutely love this place. I moved from the area 30 years ago and still make the trip back frequently to shop. No one has ever come close to their hot table and Pizza and their bakery is the best in Toronto. Not to mention the ice cream and the friendliest staff!

What a hidden gem. Delicious everything! So many yummy pastries and the coffee, SO GOOD! And so well stocked with everything pantry related and beyond. Well stop by again whenever were in the neighborhood again.

I personally don't enjoy Rustic Bakery. Ive had 2 separate bad experiences here. The first experience was when I drove my mother all the way there to purchase a type of bread that our elderly neighbour enjoys. Neither one of us had cash and the owner refused to allow us to purchase the bread via debit or credit so we left empty handed after wasting our time. The second experience involved me asking one of the workers whether a bread I was interested in had cheese (Im a vegan). I was told it didnt only to purchase it, eat it and find out that it did while encountering the cheese as I was
