
We are an independently owned and operated fitness centre, group fitness studio, and physical rehabilitation centre located in Carleton Place, Ontario. Along with our state-of-the-art fitness facility, Heritage Community Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre includes the Collaborative Care Centre.
Our Collaborative Care Centre offers medical and therapeutic services, including chiropractic, concussion management, counselling, exercise rehabilitation, naturopathy, personal training, physiotherapy, physiatry, registered massage therapy, sports performance training, and therapeutic yoga.This combination of complementary services allows us to provide an approach to health that is unique in our community.

Enhanced Vaccine Certificate Program: Appointments at our Collaborative Care Centre are not impacted by Ontario's program and we are not required to ask about your vaccination status. Exercise is a major component of good health and so is ensuring our bodies are pain-free and function as designed. That's what inspired the idea of our Collaborative Care Centre.
MindBody: Online Scheduling

We are thrilled to partner with MindBody to provide clients with an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly way to schedule and pay for activities at Heritage Fitness. MindBody allows clients to register for specialty fitness programs and workshops, sign-up for personal training sessions, and book appointments with healthcare practitioners at our Collaborative Care Centre.
Awesome Possum Program

What is the program about? Awesome Possums (APs) commit to one three-hour shift per week doing a variety of tasks such as cleaning, interacting with members, and helping out at the front desk when necessary. In return for your hard work, you will receive a Heritage Fitness gym membership as well as unlimited yoga at To The Mat Yoga.
