I have practiced yoga on and off for a few years now and I'm so excited to get back into practicing here at Beyond! I have a specific interest in meditation and have studied with Buddhist monks in Thailand- one of my most memorable experiences. I am looking forward to. As an integral aspect of my life, yoga has been a pillar for over 20 years and my passion to share its many gifts only keeps growing.

Our Introductory Offer is available to anyone who is new to Beyond Yoga and is an affordable way to explore all that we have to offer with 30 Days of unlimited classes! Upon registration of your virtual class you can expect to receive a confirmation email with Zoom meeting link information immediately.

Passes and memberships may be redeemed for either virtual or in-studio classes, unless otherwise stipulated. Students and Seniors (60+) receive 10% off class passes and monthly memberships upon request. Must be purchased in person and with valid ID. Military members receive a 10% discount off class passes, monthly memberships and workshops upon request.

Barre: Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Classes incorporate use of a chair and light hand-weights and include classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.
Barrelates: A Pilates inspired workout class that combines ballet barre work, light weights and Pilates matwork, concluding with yoga stretching to lengthen your body and increase your flexibility.Flow and Let Go: Begin with mindful movement exploring slow flow sequences designed to generate a little bit of heat and to release excess energy.
