The only home inspectors I would recommend for my clients. Honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy inspections. They will walk you through the entire house and note any concerns or issues they may have encountered no matter how big or little. My wife and I got to experience buying a home in the crazy lower mainland housing market. It was overall not a fun experience with multiple offers way over asking and always zero subjects. Trying to get competitive offers in by the deadline whilst still doing our due diligence was difficult at best. However, working with Douville & Co and especially Adam, who was our go to guy, made the whole experience better.
