Brejesh did a home inspection on a property we purchased. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and explained everything to us in an understandable way. He even caught a potential gas leak in the building and called it in to the strata! He also sent us an incredibly detailed written report within 24 hours. As if Brejesh needed any more good reviews. But I thought I'd share my experience. If my memory serves me right, I first met Brejesh in 2017 while selling a condo in an older strata complex that was debating roof replacement. And it was the only stumbling block to the sale.
