10 home inspections completed for me this past month - all with great detail and care - personal follow up and pictures. Gary knows his stuff and provides a professional service with detailed reports so we can be informed about the properties we manage. Many more inspections to be done and we know Gary will give us an honest report on each house. He is finding things that even the tenants did not know were an issue! Excellent work and great manners with tenants and owners. Most of our houses are 50+ years old and have many defects - which he brings to our attention.

Gary is a top notch professional! Gary inspected two homes for us in our house-buying process. Gary is a personable and easy-going person who puts you at ease with his through home inspections.
