This inspector dose not deserve any star. He neglected to inspect a wall even though the roof above it shows obvious sign of leaking. It turned out to be full of ants inside. He also failed to point out that there are no heating options in bathrooms. Terrible home inspector. His negligence costs us a fortune. Don't go with him.
